10 Years!

So hard to believe we had our 10-year reunion this weekend!

The Outer Banks

I am so behind! We've been home from the beach for a week now...sadly E hated the actual beach, something to do with sand and being dirty I think. Thankfully she loved the pool! So that's where we spent most of our time, but that was fine with me.

E is currently quite curious about all things potty related. She had a small obsession with watching the water dripping and thinking it was peepee. She did this pose a lot!

Road Trip

Last week we journeyed to and from the Outer Banks by car, with E. It's a 12 hour drive. On the way up we broke it up and took 2 days. On the return we went the whole 12 hours. Surprisingly, E did much better on the 12 hour stretch! Here's a litte glimpse at one of our pit stops. This place is just gross. More photos from our week at the beach coming soon!

Visit To San Fran

I spent the last week sans husband and child in San Francisco with my sweet Cobb family. J's brother and family moved from apartment to new home, and I was there to help. They also have a new baby, Mia that I got to enjoy, along with nearly 3 year-old Macy. It was wonderful to have some quality time with them. I did okay without my E, but was so happy to reunite with her (and J of course)! We love and miss you California Cobbs!

Crafty Little Weekend

Those of you who know me well, know that crafty is one thing I am not. I don't know what struck me, but I saw this sweet little unfinished rocker at Michael's and thought, I can paint it for E! And paint it I did. I must say I'm pleased with the result. Up next- a fabric covered bulletin board for the "big girl room."
