Last week was quite a week for Miss Caroline- she turned 6 months, started to sit up, had her first solids, and sprouted her first tooth (she now has two)! She is growing up so fast! A few iPhone pics, real pics to come...

School Celebration

What birthday would be complete without a proper celebration at school. Mama brought in treats (donut holes), and we celebrated with her class. It was so sweet to watch her in her element. Look at our big 4 year old!

More Birthday Fun

Ella's birthday was well celebrated this year. Her first party was her friend party, a great morning at the park. Lots of playing, cake and presents with her precious little friends. The weather was gorgeous, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.

6 Months

Here we are at 6 whole months, half a year! Whew, slow down little girl! She is still a little peanut- weighing in at 13 lbs. 6 oz. and 25 inches. Dr's are happy with her weight though. She has a nice amount of pudge, she's just more petite. It's fun to have a petite little one. Her babbling has increased recently- her latest additions are bababa and dadada. So cute! She is really close to sitting up by herself, still a bit wobbly, but more steady every day. She loves to play on the floor, and rolls all over the place. Time to start scoping out the floor extra carefully, as everything ends up in her mouth. She also really loves to play in her exersaucer. Planning to give her her first solids tomorrow. She is such a happy, sweet little baby!

Happy Birthday to Ella!

Can hardly believe my baby is four years old! Wow! She seems like such a child now, so grown up. She is quite a talker, and especially loves to talk on the phone. She asks to call her Nonni nearly every morning. It's too cute! She is loving 3K. She can identify all of her letters, and knows their corresponding sounds. She really enjoys art of all kinds, but especially painting and drawing. She loves music, especially jazz. Her imagination is just exploding. I get a kick out of it all day every day. The things she comes up with during independent play are just precious. She is such a sweet girl, and has changed our lives forever. We are so grateful for this amazing gift.
